THAI YOGA THERAPEUTIC
BODYWORK COURSES
Shama is teaching Thai Yoga Therapeutic Bodywork
in small groups of maximum 10 students. These are intensive
60 hour, 3 week training courses for students who want
to increase their knowledge about healing work and apply
it professionally. Regular courses are taught in English,
but special classes in German or Spanish can be arranged
upon request.
Shama works with everyone on a very personal basis
with very detailed and precise instructions and feedback.
A lot of attention is given to correct body posture,
easy flow of movements, creating a healing space, working
with different body types, directing energy flow, breath,
and working with your entire body (hands, feet, knees,
arms).
The purpose of this training goes beyond the study
of a system of bodywork sequences. It aims to educate
students as therapists and healers who are able to feel
and transmit energy, who can move their body and their
client's body in a creative, inspired, and harmonious
way to effect healing on many levels.
